The Estate Agents Authority is a statutory organization set up under the Estate Agents Ordinance to regulate estate agents and salespersons, and to enhance the standard of service of the trade. Applications are invited for the following position:

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be posted to the Corporation Communications Section to handle the following:

• Assist in producing publicity materials such as consumer education videos and other collaterals
• Assist in planning and organising corporate events as well as consumer education and publicity programmes
• Regularly update the information on the EAA’s corporate and consumer education website
• Co-ordinate with and monitor vendors for outsourced services 
• Provide support for liaising with stakeholders including licensees, media, government and the public including answering hotline and email enquiries
• Provide assistance in the daily operations of the Corporate Communications Section
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• A recognised university degree, preferably in corporate communications / public relations / journalism

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Good command of English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua
• Knowledge in website management and multimedia production preferred
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, able to work collaboratively in a small team
• Meticulous and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Mature personality and a good team player
• Attention to details and multi-tasking skills

 
Terms of Appointment
Competitive remuneration package commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience will be offered. The appointee will initially be offered a 3-year contract, subject to renewal upon satisfactory performance and the service needs of the Authority. Application Procedure
