Job responsibilities:
1. Based on customer needs and internal resource allocation, reasonably plan production capacity to ensure that the production capacity plan is achieved
2. Simulate production capacity changes in conjunction with project changes to provide data support for project changes
3. Follow up on the achievement of the production capacity plan and ensure the implementation of customer commitments
4. Maintain IOS/Ops and other reports, follow up on the actual achievement of production, and deliver results according to IOS control
5. Accurate Understand customer requirements and effectively drive the collaboration and execution of internal resources
6. Undertake customer project needs, connect internal resources, identify project risks, balance internal and external differences, form effective collaboration with each XPM, and do overall Customer docking.
7. Maintenance of daily customer reports and control of internal and external delivery risks
8. Coordination and coordination of other urgent and temporary matters required by customers

Job requirements:
1. Ability to promote project progress
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. International trade, language related majors
4, 5 -8 years of relevant work experience
5. English can be used as the working language
