JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

Payroll:

  • Assist with Hong Kong payroll processing including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payments, pension, tax reporting, etc.
  • Assist with annual payroll exercises such as salary review, rental reimbursement scheme, education allowance checking, etc.
  • Verify HRIS data, process reimbursement and prepare debit notes to parents and accounting journals
  • Assist in checking timesheet records
  • Support management to perform financial analyses
  • Additional ad-hoc assignments as required

HRIS:

  • Assist in payroll system implementation including but not limited to User Acceptance Testing and Parallel Run
  • Assist in identifying errors after the payroll system goes live

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with handling a sizable payroll is a preferred
  • Experience with IPL and/or tier-one HRIS systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc.) is a must
  • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong and other related regulations
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Having good Excel skills is essential
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Detail-minded, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Agile and able to readily adapt to changes
