Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support including travel arrangement/itinerary, daily schedule, and personal activities
• Coordinate events and meetings, prepare meeting minutes, meeting materials,agendas and presentation materials
• Handle daily correspondences, consolidate and compile confidential reports and documents
• Assist in office administration and operation issues

Requirements:

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Immediate available is preferred
