Duties:

• Project implementation and management: You will assist in Council’s events and activities including forums, seminars, education and training programmes, overseas missions, award schemes, official meetings, outing and leisure events, etc.
• Secretariat services: You will provide professional secretariat support to the Council’s committees including preparation of meeting agenda and minutes, drafting advocacy papers and internal circulars, assisting in funding documentation etc.
• Stakeholders communication: You will assist in the liaison with professional industry members, media, educational and financial institution, government bodies other external parties to ensure effective communication
• Provide administration support and support ad hoc projects as require

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma holders preferably in Social & Public Administration, Business Management, Marketing and Communication or related disciplines
• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in PR and event management; Previous experience in trade/business associations will be preferred
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Inputting method
• Looking for passionate, open minded and self-motivated candidate
• Enjoy the excitement of conquering fast pace challenges and analytical problems
• Possess strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure and be accountable
• Occasional travel is required
