Job Responsibilities

1. Die-cutting material supplier management
2. Die-cutting materials Supplier quality coaching and improvement
3. Clearing and closing issues at the client end and within the factory
4. Responsible for monitoring and identifying quality risks of BKT's new suppliers & new material introduction
5. Audit suppliers annually according to the requirements of the quality center, and review issues to promote closed loop
6. Responsible for optimizing processes based on customer complaints or internal quality issues, initiating and promoting quality improvement activities, and establishing systematic quality improvement and prevention mechanism.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above
2. Have module More than 2 years of experience in quality management (incoming material quality, process quality, shipping quality) in factories, membrane material factories or factories in the same industry
3. Familiar with the production process and quality control of membrane materials such as POL/SCF/Tape Plans and standards
4. Be able to skillfully use quality tools and techniques (such as the seven QC techniques, FEMA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP)
5. Have teamwork awareness and logical thinking ability, Have good driving force.
