Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for coordinating the management of CG cover materials and continuing to improve CG supply in accordance with ISO standards Supplier management system to ensure that suppliers meet quality standards
2. Responsible for coaching and improving the material quality of cover plate suppliers, and formulating supplier quality training and improvement plans based on supplier quality management requirements and supplier quality performance
/>3. Responsible for monitoring and identifying quality risks in the introduction of new suppliers & new materials, such as reviewing and improving the quality control plans for new materials and new processes in microcrystalline and superhard film application fields
4. Responsible As the terminal customer docking window for domestic leading customers, we provide closed-loop terminal issue, implementation of terminal quality requirements, audit support, etc.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above
2. Have module More than 3 years of experience in quality management (incoming material quality, process quality, shipping quality) in factories, CG factories or factories in the same industry
3. Familiar with the CG cover production process and quality control plans and standards
/>4. Be able to skillfully use quality tools and techniques (such as the seven QC techniques, FEMA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP)
5. There must be a way to track suppliers and a way to handle quality issues independently , and means of ensuring material stability
6. Must have clear ideas and awareness of cost control, quality control management, and adhere to the bottom line of principles
7. Be familiar with BOE&suppliers&clients Internal quality management process, and how to respond to possible problems
8. Have teamwork awareness and logical thinking ability, and have good driving force.
