Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all regulatory affairs activities of assigned portfolio/ markets, including but not limited to new drug product registrations, medical device listing applications, license maintenance and product release;
• Ensure high quality submission files are prepared in compliance with regulatory requirements in different markets;
• Deliver regulatory affairs milestones in a timely manner and keep internal and external parties updated with product registration progress;
• Ensure transparent and efficient communication on issues that may affect registration progress;
• Provide regulatory support on products supplied to HK government sectors, e.g. tender applications, change in registered particulars, etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc regulatory affairs and medical affairs project assigned by the line manager

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree holder in Pharmacy;
• Previous experience in new drug products registrations and new food product labelling in Hong Kong will be beneficial for this role;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• High proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese);
• Self-motivated, responsible, reliable with attention to detail
