- Develop and maintain relationships with B2C clients, including private individuals, collectors, and wine enthusiasts.
- Generate leads and identify sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct sales presentations and tastings, educating clients about our wines and their unique characteristics.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and build relationships with wine dealers and wine merchants in the region.
- Negotiate and secure distribution agreements with wine dealers and wine merchants.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to wine dealers and wine merchants.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, identifying new opportunities and enhancing product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree holder with 3+ years of working experience in the fine wine industry
- Wine certifications - e.g. WSET are a plus.
- A deep understanding of fine wines, including grape varieties, regions, vintages, and production methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Passion for wine and a genuine interest in sharing your knowledge with others.
- A results-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency command of both English and Chinese
