Service Delivery Manager

Job Duties:

• Ensure continuity of IT operations service quality & continuity to IT operations SLAs
• Manage the lifecycle of IT incidents and process review to refresh the workflow regularly
• Establish strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning and resiliency of systems design, develop, implement and coordinate releases, policies and procedures
• Ensure availability, capacity, continuity and project management, audit and disaster recovery activities across the service team, and provide technical advice if required
• Collaborate with different stakeholders and team members to achieve project objectives in an effective and efficient manner
• Manage the development and implementation of the Customer IT tools and automation Development
• Collect business initiatives, business cases and requirements from customer’s departments and external parties, to deliver digitalize and innovative solutions

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above education, preferably in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 10 years IT and operation experience, with 5 years IT management experience
• ITIL v3 or v4 Expert Certification is a must
• Analytical with sound communication skills, able to work effectively with business users and technical staff
• Excellent skills in business requirements analysis and business documentation writing
