The Company :

• Professional railway engineering consulting firm in Asia Pacific region
• We are looking for Tender Admin Asst Officer - with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Report to the Tender Manager
• Assist to the Tender Manager in the preparation of tender documents for multiple projects
• Coordinate, prepare, consolidate and compile of documents required for tender submission
• To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission;
• To collate tender information and references from various sources, both internally and externally, which are needed for submission;
• To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;
• To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with tender requirements.
• Tertiary education
• Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience
• Familiar with engineering consulting or related is an advantage
• Interest in railway consulting is a plus
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 12 days
