1. Category Operation Strategy: Conduct consumer insights, industry chain, category & product insights for the stationery and electronic education industry, and make category operation plans and implementation plans 2. Goal Achievement: Decompose annual/quarterly/monthly goals and operation plans based on strategies, and be responsible for the results (supply, GMV, price power, placement, etc.) 3. Supply Analysis & Trend Creation: Analyze the status of stock supply, analyze trend products, new products, and hot products, and combine resources to create trend products/new product directions guide & BD cross-industry merchants to settle in, and operate across categories 4. Experience: Experience in stationery/home appliances/toys/small appliances industry, platform e-commerce experience first, more than 3 years of work experience 3. Ability: 1) Industry insight ability: In-depth analysis of consumer demand and industrial chain supply for the stationery and electronic education industry, judge trend direction, and drive supply 2) Strategic plan ability: Based on the results of the analysis, integrate internal and external resources to make feasible plans 3) Strong sense of purpose + strong planning: All executions are responsible for results, goal-oriented, sort out execution steps and implement them 4) Data sensitivity: can combine and analyze data from various dimensions and have business thinking 4) Adaptability + stress resistance: can analyze and adapt rationally in the face of changes 5) Communication skills + teamwork skills: communicate with merchants, communicate internally, express information clearly, and serve the goal 4.
