Job Description 職責 :

• Ensure all tables are managed in an effective manner to maximize potential revenue of the restaurant
  有效地管理所有入座，提升餐廳的營業額
• Obtain guest dining, seating or any other preferences to provide personalized service 
  收集客人用餐、座位或其他飲食偏好，以提供個人化服務
• Coordinate menu preparation between guests, chefs and restaurant managers
  為客人、廚師和餐廳經理協調及準備菜單
• Collect to customers' opinions and share with the department to find room for improvement
  聆聽顧客的意見，並與同事分享，從而提升服務質素

Requirements工作要求:

• With 5 years' relevant working experience, previous experience in hospitality or aviation industry is preferable
  5年或以上相關工作經驗，具餐飲或酒店工作經驗者獲優先考慮
• Proactive and strong customer services skills
  主動及擁有良好顧客服務態度
• Pleasant, possesses good interpersonal & communication skills
  友善、擁有良好的人際交往能力及溝通技巧
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  良好的英語、普通話和粵語
