Accounting Officer

Taking the job, you are required to:

• Be responsible for processing invoices in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
• Reconcile processed payments of goods and services incurred with proper documentation
• Assist in liaising with Central Procurement team in expediting the outstanding purchases
• Provide support in audit and tax preparation
• Maintain and update cheque register, hotel agreements and licence records
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

• Degree/Diploma holder in Business, Finance/Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in hospitality industry preferred
• Self-initiated and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting System
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
