Assistant Engineer 助理工程師/ Foreman 工程管工

The Cityview provides 422 luxurious and comfortable guest rooms out of which 31 are suites. Other facilities include restaurants, lounge, banquet rooms and health club with in-door swimming-pool. We invite high caliber candidates for the following position:

Job descriptions:

• Provide support to Engineer for daily repair and maintenance works.
• Check all building services equipment and regulates as necessary and report irregularities of equipment
• Log utilities consumption and plant readings
• Co-ordinate with other departments and outside contractors for maintenance work execution
• Check work completion and compile work order report
• Operate cooling and heating system in a safe and economical manner
• Arrange the periodic inspection
• Stock appropriate spare parts and chemicals
• Upkeep all plant rooms in clean and tidy condition
• Any other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above holder in Building Service/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 - 5years’ experience with experience in building services systems
• Responsible and reliable, aggressive with good leadership skills
• Work in shift duty and overtime, emergency on-call
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Certification of Registration of Electrical worker in Grade A preferred
• Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Certificates of REW Grade R(WH) or BPV is advance
• Candidates with less work experience will be considered as Foreman
