Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities :
• Assist the Bar Manager to co-ordinate the day to day operations of the Restaurant to obtain maximum profit and maximum guest satisfaction
• Manage the bar operations include monitoring daily operations and quality service delivery, controlling cost, and enforcing standard operating procedures
• Ensure the cleanliness of bars and utensils
• Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for customers

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience including supervisory experience in Restaurant Food & Beverage Operation or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
