CURATOR Group is hiring an Event Sales Manager.

Work Location: 16/F, M+ Museum, West Kowloon Cultural District, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution of events and ensuring that business is serviced properly and in a timely fashion. The Manager implements the brand's service standards and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the events process and drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Working closely with other departments especially CVIEW Restaurant Operations, Marketing, Masterclass (Art & Cultural programs) teams for effective communication for a successful event as well as vendors/partners/community to expand our reach so as to create more opportunity/revenue for the group.

Qualifications:

• Experience - 5 to 8 years of work experience in related positions
• Education - Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
• Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sizeable luxury hotel and catering group with 2 years in similar capacity is prefered
• Detail oriented, organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Possess excellent guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal bilingual communication skills is a must (both English and Chinese)

Salary Structure:

• Basic Salary + Bonus and Commission
