~ High Diploma holder or above
~ Minimum 2-4 years PA / Sec / Office Admin relevant working experience
~ Good communication and presentation skills
~ A self-motivated, independent , well organized and able to work under pressure
~ Good in English and Chinese, and Mandarin is preferable
~ Familiar with PC operation (including but not limited to Chinese Word Processing, MS Office, Excel etc.)

Responsibility
~ Performing secretarial and administrative duties;
~ Handling travelling arrangement and logistics, e.g., air-ticket, hotel and restaurant booking;
~ Provide general administrative support and handling related documentation
~ Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and filing
~ Carry out procurement and sourcing processes including negotiation, purchase order administration
~ Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
