Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall supervision and control of all Front desk operations;.
• Handle guests' enquiries or complaints;
• Maintain and control the room satus and coordinate with all other departments to ensure smoothlly operations;
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in hotel front office.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
