We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operation of Loyalty Services Team and be fully in charge of all aspects of the Accor membership program
• Monitor guest relations’ personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
• Ensure Accor members consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service
• Handle guest’s comments and complaints tactfully and efficiently and ensure guest expectations are met with satisfaction
• Organize training in regards to Accor Program for staff members and make sure important updates on the program gets disseminated properly and accurately for the Hotel

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity
• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent customer services interpersonal skills
• Guest Oriented, strong problem solving and organizational abilities
