JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 職責

• Monitor Restaurant Manager to manage day-to-day operations and monitor performance of stores to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service 監控餐廳經理之日常運營，並監測餐廳之業績，從而提高銷售額和生產力、人力效率，並提供優質的客戶服務
• Enhance and implement Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and Company Policies, on and off to review and implementation of SOP 實施已製訂之營運程序和公司政策，並定期檢查及優化程序
• Assist on preparing analysis reports for management review 協助準備分析報告以供管理評審
• Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and shop team performance 實施策略以達成銷售目標和店鋪團隊績效
• Recruit and train frontline staff with shop hygiene, occupational health & safety, selling skills and service standard 招聘和培訓前線員工有關餐廳衛生、職業健康與安全、銷售技巧和服務標準
• Handle HR matters for Operations Team such as attendance record, duty roster, documents follow-up etc. 處理運營團隊的人力資源事務，例如考勤記錄、值班名單、文件跟進等。
• Maintain efficient communication between stores and internal departments 保持門店與內部部門之間的高效溝通

 

JOB REQUIREMENT 工作要求

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in F&B Operations Management and at least 3 years at managerial level 8年或以上之餐飲業運營管理經驗，及持有擁有3年以上經理級或以上職位
• Experience in chain store management is preferred 擁有連鎖店管理經驗者優先
• Have strong analytical skills and training frontline staff experience 擁有較強的分析能力和培訓一線員工經驗
• Self-motivated, well-organized and good communication skills 有上進心、有條理和良好的溝通技巧
• Ability to work under pressure 能在壓力下工作的能力
• Immediate available is highly preferred 可即時上班者優先
