Job Description

• Write, edit, and publish content, including announcements, website content, newsletter and other marketing material that communicates the activities, products and/or services for the fleet
• Manage fleet communication channels (TG channel, rider website, Facebook page etc.) to ensure all information sources are synced and updated
• Maintain trustworthy relationships with fleet ambassadors to constantly exchange feedback and latest updates by having meeting monthly and arranging different FA tasks
• Track and analyze fleet comments and sentiments on social media platforms or other input methods
• Collect data on couriers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
• Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required
• Assist Fleet Experience Team Lead with different ad hoc projects to enhance fleet experience. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’ Degree in Business or relevant.
• Welcoming fresh graduate candidates who are hungry for new challenges and learning opportunities
• 1 year of working experience in the marketing field, communications field or related industries
• Candidate with knowledge of desktop publishing software (AI/Photoshop/Wix/Canva) will be a plus
• Able to work under pressure with a positive mindset and can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and English is a MUST
