Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, group bookings, and private events of the restaurants and bar located on the 8th floor
- Maintain consistency in the quality of food, beverages, service, and cleanliness of the appointed outlets
- Foster positive guest relationships, handle guest complaints, and respond to guest needs
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant hygiene and safety legislation and requirements
- Formulate and implement strategies for the outlets to maximize sales, revenue, manpower efficiency, and achieve goals
- Achieve financial and operational objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for premises' budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing financial reports, and managing quality and cost control
- Ensure the implementation of all procedures, rules, and regulations in line with the overall policies and standards set for the hotel
- Oversee the duty roster
- Collaborate with the departmental trainer to create new training topics and review existing ones related to food knowledge, beverage products, and service procedures for the team
- Develop individualized development plans for potential team members
- Ensure the team shares and understands the same departmental goals
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the hotel industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Experience in a luxury hotel is advantageous
- Expertise in Forbes 5-star restaurants is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of wine and products
- Good understanding of financial and accounting systems and procedures
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Outlet Manager – Nicholini’s
ducts, and service procedures for the team
- Develop individualized development plans for potential team members
- Ensure the team shares and understands the same departmental goals
