Procurement Manager

We are looking for a Procurement Manager based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Procurement Manager , we rely on you to:

• Directs and delegares procurement responsibilies 
• Keep in close touch with key suppliers and obtains up-to-date information especailly for new products and market trend 
• Sources and obtains quotations for Hotel operating capital request and complete transactions
• Negotiate with representatives of suppliers for key items and determines the quality
• Assist in controlling and reducing inventories 
• Keep records of all local suppliers' products, licences, hygiene certificates

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Hotel / Private Club / F&B industry
• Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Self-motivated and multi-tasking
• Able to work independently
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
