Harbour Grand Kowloon is a deluxe five-star hotel situated on the Victoria Harbour waterfront in the vibrant Whampoa Garden district, just a few steps from the MTR Whampoa Station Exit D2, merely eight minutes away from bustling Tsim Sha Tsui by the Hotel’s free shuttle bus, and adjacent to the pier travelling to North Point. Taking the job, you are required to:

• Responding to reservation enquiries from all sources in a professional manner
• Processing reservation information with high accuracy
• Following up/reconfirming reservations to ensure all confirmed reservations are in good order

• Degree/Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in related field
• Detail-minded, good organizational and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
