JPC Texson Ltd, established since 1990, is a Hong Kong and China licensed Employment Consulting firm, specializes in Headhunting and Recruiting Services for companies in Hong Kong and China. We have offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.

The Company :

• FMCG importer, marketer, wholesaler, brand management and distributor in Hong Kong
• We represent over 30 food & beverage brands imported from US, Europe and Asia countries
• Our customers including but not limited to department stores, supermarket chains, key chain stores, covenience stores, hotels, high end restaurants, catering and general trade clients....etc in Hong Kong
• Main products : dried fruits & nuts, canned food, confectionery, coffee & tea, paste & olive oil....etc
• We are looking for Sales Director - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to the Director
• Perform the role as Head of Sales Department
• Lead Sales team to drive sales for the Company focus in supermarket chain / department stores / chain stores / hotels / high end restaurants & general trade...etc 
• Formulate and implement sales strategies and action plans to grow the business
• Directly handle key customers to build and enhance relationship; and to grow the business
• Work closely with Marketing Department for participating and implementing marketing plans
• Degree holder; or a combination of lower academic qualification with proven relevant experience
• Over 4-5 years sales managerial role in FMCG or food products.
• Experience in handling department stores / supermarkets / key accounts / general trade....etc
• Strong network in Hong Kong and knowledge in trade marketing is a plus.
• Strategic mindset to be able to formulate sales strategies and action plans to grow the business
• Aggressive and sales driven with strong business sense and entrepreneurship
• 5 days work
