Responsibilities 工作內容 :

Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the Shack. 協助管理日常營運
Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. 管理服務流程以秉持安全﹑高質及高效的標準
Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members. 協助團隊的成長及發展以提供優越表現
Complete operational support functions (i.e. Inventory, etc.) 提供分店日常營運的支援 (如庫存管理)

Requirements 要求 :

At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team 具1年餐飲營運管理經驗
Strong problem-solving skills 能獨立處理問題
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal 具溝通能力，包括書寫
Hygiene Supervisor Training Course certification, strongly preferred 具「衛生督導員」認證優先
