• Assist the Restaurant Manager in monitoring all wine and beverage related matters including sales, compilation of the outlet's wine list, inventory control, wine events & promotions, and staff training & development.
• Supervise the day-to-day service of wine, offer advice to guests on food & wine pairing.
• Assist in the floor operations of Grill Room.
• Holder of relevant beverage and wine qualifications such as WSET.
• Good command of both both spoken English and Cantonese.
