Job Description 職責 :

• Responsible for recommending, taking orders and serving wines and other beverages
  負責向客人推廣及建議合適的酒精類及其他飲品
• Recommending food and beverage pairings to ensure and enhance guest satisfaction
  為客人介紹理想的食物及飲品配搭，提升客人的餐飲體驗
• Maintain high standards and professional services in meeting guests' expectation to build rapport
  提供專業及讓客人滿意的服務
• Supporting maintenance and stock checking of the wine cellar, ordering wine and updating the wine list
  協助管理酒窖、清點庫存、更新酒單及訂購飲品

Requirements工作要求:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in hotel or a top-tier restaurant
  在酒店或高級餐廳取得2年或以上相關經驗
• Holder of WSET level 2 certificate or above
  持WSET 2級或以上證書
• Extensive knowledge of different wines and regions
  對不同產地的酒精類飲品有廣泛的認識
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  優秀的溝通和人際交往能力
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  良好的英語、普通話和粵語
