Job Description - Specialty Chef - Indian

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the production and service of Indian specialties, mainly, but not restricted to Production Kitchen
  • Maintaining food quality by following hotel standards and guidelines
  • Ensures proper training is provided to all concerned staff
  • Maintains workplace safety by adhering to all relevant health and safety requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years’ cooking experience, 3 to 4 years in an Asian restaurant in a senior position, Chef/ Demi Chef de partie
  • Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Team player
