Job Description - SR. Digital Marketing Manager

Brand & Communications Leadership

  • Head of brand & communications team
  • Primary driver of global brand strategies from scratch
  • Lead research agencies to develop brand tracking initiatives and conduct consumer insight studies.Branding Campaigns and Initiatives
  • expertise in branding to lead the development and execution of campaigns, content creation, PR activities, events, and social media initiatives on a global scale.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to generate ideas and implement initiatives to refine brand positioning.
  • Take responsibility for brand identity development and management across all properties within the group, both existing and new.
  • Manage creative agency partners and maintain oversight of all creative output, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all properties and providing support as needed.

Driver of art & culture initiatives

  • Develop and enhance brand salience and awareness for brands through art and culture initiatives.
  • Forge connections with art and culture partners to identify and cultivate partnership opportunities.
  • Stay informed about cultural trends and provide insights on their impact and potential for optimizing hotel, restaurant, and bar experiences.
  • Lead art and culture projects, including planning and executing brand-level projects that foster connections between brand properties.
  • Offer guidance and support for property-level projects where art and culture play a significant role.

Requirement :

  • 8 years + experience in brand marketing with art, design & culture programmes
  • Experience working in creative brand communications/ advertising agency is a plus
  • Interest in dsesign art & culture is required - visual art, music, culinary culture, design, architecture and wellness culture.
  • Initiatives include experiences - such as exhibitions, events, pop ups, artwork in the hotels - as well as communications content - such as videos, photography and graphic design assets.
  • International mindset with an understanding of Chinese Mainland consumer
  • Global branding, Group branding experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in branding strategy, from scratch to researching, positioning, execution.
  • With PR/ Event Marketing experience is a plus
  • Self-starter, able to work well independently and together with the team
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills - written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
