2. Job Description

We are looking for a talented Team Member to provide excellent guest service so that we grow together with the company and applicants.

*Responsibilities*

[General Manager]
1. Provide excellent floor service ad interact with guests in a warm and friendly ★★
2. Build up good relationship with members and handle enquiries / complaints
3. Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
4. Ensure high quality service is always delivered
5. Assist operation manager and then team in daily operation
6. Daily Reports and Journal entry input (EXCEL, E COUNT, POS WORKS)

*Requirements*

1. 10 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates also welcome)
2. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
3. Humble and Strong Interpersonal skills ☆☆☆
4. Extensive food and Beverage operational knowledge
5. Williness to learn ☆☆
6. Responsible, self-motivated, hardworking, well-organized 
7. Numerical sense, Good analytical and PC application skills including Excel, Word.
8. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
