As we are expanding, we would like to hire the following talents to join us:

(1) Clinic Assistant / Phlebotomist

Job Description 職責：

• Responsible for general receptionist duties, clerical work, patient care and clinic support 負責接待處工作及協助一般行政工作，病人照顧及診所工作
• If applicable, responsible for blood taking and setting IV block 如合適，負責抽血和靜脈注射
• Provide excellent customer service 提供優質的客戶服務

Requirements 入職要求：

• Previous working experience in an imaging centre or a clinic 曾於影像診斷中心或診所工作
• DSE or above level 中學文憑試或以上教育程度
• Mature and polite with good telephone manner, proactive, detail-oriented and a good team-player 親切友善、熱誠主動、細心及富團隊精神
• Able to read and write Chinese and English 懂中、英文讀寫
• General PC knowledge of MS office，Chinese and English input method 懂一般電腦操作及中英文輸入法

 (2) Secretary

Job Description:

• Assist doctors in handling the administration and general clerical work
• Providing administrative support to the daily activities of imaging centre

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above, passes in Chinese and English language
• Good computer skills
• Speak and write fluent English and Chinese
• Responsible and detailed-oriented 

 (3) Typist / Medical Clerk

Job Description:

• Preparing and proofreading imaging reports
• Assist doctors in handling the administration and general clerical work
• Providing administrative support to the daily activities of imaging centre

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above, passes in Chinese and English language
• Knowledge of medical terminology and Audio Typing preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Medical Clerk
• Good computer skills
• Speak and write fluent English and Chinese
• Typing speed of 45 wpm or more
• Responsible, detailed-oriented and able to work with minimum supervision
