What You'll Do:

Our B2C home care business is the core mission of Evercare; to enable our loved ones to age safely and with dignity in the comforts of their homes. The B2C Care Manager is the main contact point for our B2C clients. The role will challenge the candidate to convert new leads, nurture existing client relationships, and focus on customer retention and account management.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Own, manage and grow existing B2C client account
  • Problem solve any potential issues for existing clients and anticipate their needs
  • Deliver client-focused solutions in order to successfully drive lead conversions
  • Work with our operations team to source the right healthcare professionals for clients and implement growth strategies
  • Actively explore new service offerings to diversify our clientele and concurrently manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Be flexible with the working schedule, which includes working 5 days a week and being available for 1-2 weekends per month
  • Handle administrative tasks related to account management efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate closely with the team, covering for other Account Managers as needed, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent Evercare as an ambassador



You’ll be a Good Fit if you have/can/are:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Great communication skills (Cantonese and English is required)
  • Experience in leveraging data and technology to make your job easier
  • Goal oriented and get excited about working towards your targets
  • Do what it takes to break down walls and barriers to get things done
  • Empathetic and curious about the customer’s needs
