Accounting Assistant

Our Company, FUJIFILM Procurement Hong Kong Limited , is a subsidiary of FUJIFILM group in Japan which aim at providing superior products and services in the four sectors of Healthcare, Materials, Business Innovation and Imaging. We are responsible for procurement activities of out-sourcing parts and assembly suppliers for FUJIFILM products worldwide.

Job Description:

• Invoice data importing (Cross-checking, input & import into finance system)
• Supplier & forwarder invoices data import into finance system
• Check supplier invoices & prepare payment vouchers
• Prepare month-end closing schedules
• Issue monthly statement – AR & AP
• Issue debit note & credit note 
• Prepare monthly financial report

Requirement:

• Tertiary Education (preferably in Accounting)
• 2~3-year experience
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Experience in popular finance system is preferable
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Japanese is an advantage
• Honest, initiative & responsible
• Immediate availability is preferred
