Our client is a leading Property Development and Property Management Company who are currently looking to hire an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. Location: Cyberport Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the financial operations of our Facilities and Property Management businesses including but not limited to budgeting, financial forecasts and control, preparation of financial and management reports and analysis for management’s review.
• Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies and external regulatory requirements as appropriate.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks and/or tax authorities
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting, finance or related disciplines.
• Qualification as Chartered or Certified Public Accountant is required.
• Minimum of 4 years’ auditing and accounting experience.
• Experience in handling finance and accounting works of facilities and property management companies or property development projects is definitely a plus.
• Knowledge in Oracle Accounting System operation will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, detail-minded and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
