The Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is managed by the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and; is the first Crowne Plaza branded hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel offers upscale accommodation, authentic cuisine and state-of-the-art meeting facilities with enhanced services. Ideally located at Leighton Road, major business, leisure and shopping facilities in the Causeway Bay area are easily accessible and within walking distance. At the moment, we are looking for team players who are effective, supportive and professional to join our family.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Security function to provide a safe and secure hotel environment for guests, employees, visitors, hotel, and hotel assets;
• Coordinate and organize the day-to-day operations of the department such as access control, patrol and incident handling;
• Monitor and supervise the performance of the security team;
• Ensure all security personnel as well as hotel’s staff are adhering to P&P and security procedures;
• Report any irregularity and special incidents and potential dangers to Management Team;
• Provide investigation summary, advice, and recommendation for actions following interviews and Inquiry;
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in hotel’s operation;
• Possession of valid security personnel permit;
• Qualified of First Aider;
• Meticulous, attention to detail and quality;
• Systematic, strong organizing and leadership skills;
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese.
