Job Description

Strategic Support for the CEO:

• Prepare the CEO for key meetings, events, and presentations
• Coordinate with the executive team to ensure the CEO is informed and aligned on critical business matters

Finance and Analytical Support:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business decision-making
• Prepare customized management reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to the CEO

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Candidates with experience working in IBD covering healthcare industry is preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously
• Experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ocassional travel is required
