Responsibilities:

• Oversee multi-clinics day-to-day clinic operations as well as business performance
• Handle full spectrum of clinic operations including manpower management, customer case follow-up, forecasting and budgeting
• Coach frontline team on CS and selling skills; Provide regular training to clinic employees to ensure the high quality of service standard
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and comply with the operation standards
• Work close with cross-functional departments to design and implement business strategies
• Conduct quality assurance checks to meet the highest standard of clinical requirement
• Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required
• Immediately available is preferred.

Job requirements :

• Degree holder with Nursing
• Valid practicing certificate (RN) issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Valid Basic Lift Support (BLS) Certificate
• Soild Min. 5 years of multi-clinics operations and management experience
• Candidate must be self-motivated and have a pro-active work ethic with a “can-do” attitude to provide excellent customer service by following-up and completing assigned tasks promptly and proven ability to work independently
• Excellent customer relationship management and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and project management skill
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
