Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day counter operations of receptionist service and cashier service
- Provide professional customer services to customers and patients and maintain customer relations
- Direct report to Center Manager and assist in creating effective procedures, policies and standards.
- Assist in registration procedure, appointment booking, provide administrative support and training to juniors
- Handle customers’ complaints, enquiries and providing solutions based on Company standard and guidelines
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- HKDSE / HKCEE graduate or above with at least 5 years related experience with 2 years supervisory experience is preferred, gained in medical or hospitality related field is a plus.
- Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
- A good team player with strong sense of responsibilities, patience and caring attitude
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
- Working Hour: (Mon – Fri) 09:00 – 18:00, (Sat) 09:00 – 13:00
