Job Description:


As a Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to the customers. Your responsibilities will include installation, calibration, preventative maintenance, training, and repairs of laboratory equipment, monitoring systems, and sample preparation and analysis systems. You will uphold service commitments, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with customers, both internal and external.
  • Execute installations, calibrations, preventative maintenance, and repairs according to service agreements.
  • Provide service remotely or on-site as required, demonstrating strong prioritization skills.
  • Maintain accurate service reporting and documentation, including procedure/protocols creation.
  • Well documented service information in the CRM system
  • Work as a project member in LAS (Lab Automation System) implementation.
  • Collaborate with commercial colleagues to deliver profitable customer deals that exceed expectations.
  • Ensure optimization and accuracy of tools and consignment parts.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives through our Practical Process Improvement Business System.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Biomedical / Medical Engineering, Electronic or equivalent and have minimum experience
  • 1-3 years of Service Engineering experience in IVD Products
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and oral communication in Chinese and English. Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues in challenging situations.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, especially regarding technical approaches and findings.
  • Friendly demeanor, professional attitude, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong electrical or mechanical background for troubleshooting and repair, with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in PC literacy, including MS Office and Outlook.
