Job Description

We are recruiting position of General Manager who only need to work 5 days per week and salary ranged from 30-55k with bonus. Job Description - Directly report to CEO/COO to assist in the formulation and implementation of standard operation procedures and handling any special projects; - To provide coaching to clinic supervisors and frontline teams to standardize workflow with high quality customer service; - Monitor workload among clinics and allocate appropriate manpower to ensure consistent and efficient service; - Revamp existing policies and procedures to ensure competency and operational efficiency; - Liaise with cross-functional departments and external vendors independently; -To create and implement sales strategies for improvement of clinic profit Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above of healthcare-related disciplines or any relevant education qualification ; 2. 5+ years relevant experience in clinic operations and not less than 3 years’ experience of managing and supervising clinic supervisors in multiple centres; 3.Excellent people management with strong interpersonal, coaching, supervisory and problem-solving skills; 4.Well-organized, customer-oriented, self-motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility; 5.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
