Manager or Assistant Manager

Responsibilities :

• Assist to handle building services aspects and the coordination of property development projects from inspection, implementation to completion;
• Support the project, program and design quality through design coordination, cost control, construction supervision and contract administration.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience;
• Experience with property developer and/or consulting firm is an advantage;
• Proven experience in sizable high-end residential / commercial projects is highly preferred;
• Professional membership in HKIE/CIBSE or equivalent is preferred;
• Good project management, communication and supervisory skills to coordinate and monitor projects;
• A good team player, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills;
• Highly proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager - Property Projects.
