Job Responsibilities

• Supports the operations of vaccination outreach and health event.
• Handles routine administration work related to outreach events independently.
• Client servicing on health event liaison 
• Supports Business Development on regular / ad hoc project
• Requires to work shift during the Flu season (Q4)
• Onsite In-charge of vaccination outreach 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Job Qualification

• Degree holder in healthcare, PR, vaccination outreach or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in event management or healthcare related field 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in organizing outreach is an advantage
• Well-organized, self-motivated, attention to details and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
