Sales Manager of Pu’er Tea Business Department 普洱茶事業部銷售經理

Responsibilities:

• Establish, execute, and follow up annual sales plan and budget, achieve business targets with continuous improvement in sales and profit with an aligned company strategy;
• Identify potential business opportunities to maximize sales and profit, and as a relationship builder, be accountable for establishing and sustaining strong business relationships with our key existing/potential customers through regular visits to understand their needs;
• Plan and organized sales and marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and merchandise displays in chain stores, and coordinated the implementation of various publicity activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above preferably in Marketing and Food Science;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, and related business network;
• With a strong sense of responsibility, good at communication and coordination;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
