Senior Data Scientist, Tencent Healthcare

Roles & Responsibilities

1. With products, operations Wait for business parties to cooperate and participate in the data science work of Tencent Medical's full range of products
2. Through ab experiments, causal inference and other methods, build a scientific and rigorous evaluation system to evaluate business benefits
3. Provide optimization suggestions for iterations of product functions, push and distribution strategies, etc., to bring about actual business improvement and growth
4. Analyze and manage medical data to form data assets, explore opportunities in the business, and help the business Gain insight into the situation and provide data support related to commercialization
5. Explore methodologies of statistics, machine learning and industry large models, and be responsible for the implementation of relevant methods in the medical business.

Qualifications

1. More than one year of working experience in data science-related positions
2. Master's degree or above in data science, statistics, applied mathematics, machine learning, computer science and other fields Degree
3. Familiar with big data processing environments such as Hive and Spark
4. Familiar with Linux development environment, good system programming, data structure, algorithm foundation, system design capabilities, master any of Python/scala Language
5. Those who are familiar with medical, medical insurance, and insurance data are preferred
6. Those with practical experience in ab experiments, causal inference, and growth/recommendation strategy analysis are preferred
7. Proficient in mainstream Deep learning framework pytorch/tensorflow, those with experience in actual implementation of large models, fine-tuning, solving large model training performance, inference performance, etc. are preferred
8. Excellent logical thinking ability, good at communication and collaboration, and full of enthusiasm for challenging problems Enthusiastic and good team spirit.
