Senior Infrastructure Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, implementation, support, maintenance, and management of technical infrastructure and data center, including private cloud infrastructure, public cloud services, server platform, data storage system and network management, to support Hospital Healthcare systems
• Assist in formulating the technology roadmap of infrastructure services 
• Optimize the cloud infrastructure to maximize cost-efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based solutions and address technical issues
• Monitor data backup processes and storage systems
• Monitor server performance and proactively troubleshoot issues
• Implement security measures to ensure system stability and optimal performance
• Coordinate upgrade and integration projects to ensure a smooth transition and quality delivery

 

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• At least 8 years' experience in planning, design, implementation, support, maintenance and management of private cloud infrastructure, public cloud services, server platform, data storage system, network management
• Solid experience in formulating technology roadmap for infrastructure services
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, including storage, networking, and security
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
