(Senior) Medical Representative

Our client is a global leading pharmaceutical company. As a (Senior) Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of oncology portfolio in an ethical and compliant manner.






Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitors, market trends, and customer needs
• Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the oncology products, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their features, benefits, and applications
• Conduct sales visits and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive product adoption and sales growth
• Attend conferences, seminars, CME meetings, etc. to represent the company and gather market insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product strategies and promotional activities
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any science disciplines
• 1 - 3 years of Pharma Sales experience in Oncology
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities, with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Good command in both English & Chinese
• Immediate available will be an advantage
