Institutional business is amongst the focus arenas of Paul HARTMANN Asia Pacific in Hong Kong. In this segment, HARTMANN is promoting solutions for Incontinence Care, Wound Management, Risk Prevention and Personal Health Care.
The Company is looking to recruit a new, dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join our ambitious and passionate Sales and Marketing team.
The role reports to the Assistant Sales Manager – Nursing Home Channel.
Your area of responsibility:
- Assist the team in planning and executing sales strategies of selected product ranges of HARTMANN in Nursing Home segment
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase HARTMANN market shares.
- Create new accounts of multiple product lines by raising the needs of target customers.
- Achieve the quarterly and annual objectives set out by management by following the guidance of manager.
- Regularly and consistently report market intelligence gathered throughout your activities of Sales Representative.
- Collaborate with your peers to maximize the synergies across different product ranges.
- Conduct product training, demonstration, and product trials on-site.
What we look for:
- Degree or Diploma qualification in Science, Business or Nursing.
- Over 3 years of relevant experience working in Healthcare industry, preferable MNCs in Hong Kong.
- Experiences in the Nursing Home Channel of medical device or consumables is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player, Critical thinker; good problem-solving abilities and time management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Sales Executive.
