System Engineer I/II

In Hong Kong, RMG operates 9 medical centres and manages a panel of over 300 partner clinics, laboratory and radiology centres. We are now seeking high calibers to apply for the following post: 

Job Responsibilities 

Assist in IT project management / business process streamlining and automation projects from kick-off, budget control to implementation 

Assist in driving and executing projects by closely liaising with internal and external stakeholders 

Liaise with Headquarters and assist in establishing and enforcing Group IT polices 

Maintain the stability and troubleshooting for in-house hardware/software, system operations and network infrastructure 

Monitor daily IT operations ensure smooth operations and security

Assist in maintaining the organization’s hardware and software includes ensuring all software is up-to-date, and hardware is running efficiently 

Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor 

Requirements 

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other IT-related disciplines 

Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience 

Knowledge in ITIL, ITSM & SAP 

Solid experience in system design, project management and vendor management 

Demonstrate ability to work independently with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 

Able to work under tight timelines 

Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
